Visiting
What are your hours?
Tuesday to Thursday, 6pm to midnight. Friday, 6pm to 1am. Saturday, brunch 7am to 3pm, then 6pm to 1am. Sunday, brunch 7am to 3pm. Happy hour is Tuesday to Saturday from 10pm until late. Closed Mondays, when the Gladstone Bistro is open all day.
Do I need a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome. For dinner and brunch we recommend reserving on OpenTable. Some shows are ticketed, and the listing will say so.
Where are you?
Inside Gladstone House at 1214 Queen Street West, Toronto, on West Queen West.
Can I stay the night?
Yes. Gladstone House is a hotel upstairs, so you can book a room and make a night of it. Rooms are booked through Gladstone House.
Eat & drink
When is brunch?
Saturday and Sunday, 7am to 3pm. Brunch is served in Cassette or the Gladstone Bistro, based on availability. Same menu, two different vibes.
Do you have a happy hour?
Yes, late night: Tuesday to Saturday from 10pm until late, with house spirits, Gladstone lager, Steam Whistle, and house wine.
Do you have non-alcoholic options?
Yes. There's a zero-proof cocktail list, plus non-alcoholic beer.

How do I get into a show?
Each listing tells you how: buy tickets on Eventbrite, reserve a table, or just walk in. There's no single box office.

I want to play a show or host a night. Who do I talk to?
Email dining@gladstonehouse.ca with your idea. Our stage welcomes local artists, musicians, and acts of all kinds.
Groups and private events
We're a group of eight or more. How do we book?
Book through Group Dining. The family-style menu is $50 per person, before tax, gratuity, and drinks. Groups of 15 to 25 dine family-style; groups of 8 to 14 can choose family-style or à la carte. Contact Adanel Carrillo at acarrillo@gladstonehouse.ca.
Can we book Cassette for a private event?
Yes. The main room holds up to 100 for a cocktail reception, with a stage, AV, and a full-service bar. Send an inquiry from the Private Events page and our events team will follow up.
How big is the Record Room?
It's 432 square feet and seats up to 22, with a record library and player, a sound system, and its own entrance. Book it for a private event through the Private Events page, or for a group dinner through Group Dining.
